Possessive Nouns

Salom

Today I just learned about how to say things like "my book" or "my hand". Example:

1. Chetob-e man which literally means the book of mine.
How do we spell this in Arabic script? It is spelled like کِتابِ مَن for those who are familiar with Arabic script.

2. Dast-e man literally means the hand of mine.
It could also be translated as my hand. Written Persian is دَسْتِ مَن.

I'm still not sure if there is differences between the singular and plural. Maybe trying to find out soon.
